Credit costs

Credits are deducted only when a job is accepted for submission. They are refunded in full, once, if the provider rejects the job, returns an error, or returns no usable video. If the submission outcome is unknown (for example a network timeout after sending), credits stay held until the payment is reviewed and resolved, because the provider may have billed it. Refund Policy
