Terms of Service

The service
Darkwerb.AI provides AI creation tools: image generation, text-to-video, image-to-video, motion transfer, lip-sync, and text-to-speech. Results are generated by AI models and may contain imperfections; we do not guarantee any particular output.
Your account
You need an account to use the creation tools. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Each customer may access only their own account, wallet, uploads, and creations.
Credits
Generation is paid for with prepaid credits. Free signup credits previously granted remain usable only for Text-to-Video and Image-to-Video. Purchased credits can be used for every feature. Credits never expire and are not transferable. The credit cost of a generation is always shown before you confirm it.
Payments
Credit packages are sold in Nigerian Naira through Flutterwave. Credits are added to your wallet only after the payment is verified by our server. Packages are one-time purchases — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
Acceptable use
You may only upload photos, videos, and audio that you have the right to use. Do not use the service to impersonate real people without their consent, to create deceptive or unlawful content, or to attempt to bypass the credit system. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Refunds
Failed generations are refunded automatically as described in our Refund Policy.
