What we collect
Your account email address and sign-in method; the prompts, photos, videos, and audio you upload or record to use the creation tools; the content you generate; and your credit wallet and transaction records. Payment card or bank details are handled by Flutterwave and never touch our servers.
How we use it
We use your data to provide the service: signing you in, processing your uploads with the AI providers that power each tool, keeping your credit balance and transaction history, and showing your creations back to you. We do not sell your personal data.
Where your content lives
Image, video, and voice creations made with the Create Image, Create Video, and Voice Studio tools are stored on your own device in your browser. Motion Transfer and Lip-Sync uploads and results are stored privately in your account on our servers so they can be processed and downloaded again. Provider links to generated media can expire over time.
Service providers
We rely on third parties to run the service: Lovable Cloud (accounts, database, file storage), fal.ai (Motion Transfer and Lip-Sync processing), the Lovable AI Gateway (image, video, and speech generation), and Flutterwave (payments). Each receives only the data needed to perform its part.
Your choices
You can delete creations stored on your device at any time from My Creations. To request deletion of your account and server-side data, contact us at darkwerbai@gmail.com.
